MecGar CZ-75 19 round 9mm magazine with anti-friction coating. Mec-Gar manufactures the OEM factory mags for CZ, so it is the similar to factory mags. It is brand new with a decent amount of oil on it.

It should work with most CZ-75b, CZ-85, and SP-01 9mm type pistols. It may not work with very early model CZ-75s.
